This 3 qtr zip jacket is so warm. Perfect for outdoor sports and walking. The fabric is great quality.

This is light and comfortable indoors, warm enough when stepping outside, and will layer nicely under a vest if needed. I don’t zip it all the way up and the collar lays flat like I want it to, as high necks just don’t work for me. I was pleasantly surprised at how flattering the style is, given my body proportions and weight. I also like that the LL Bean logo is subtle on the bottom instead of on the chest; I put another color in my shopping cart.

I was worried that this top would look oversized and frumpy, but was so pleasantly surprised! The quilted fabric is substantial but not stiff. The lilac color is flattering and lovely, and the quilt pattern is subtle. The pockets are great! I ordered my usual size and it fit well. You could order up a size for layering, it is a winner! Went back for the jade, too!
