It keeps my food cold and has more than enough room for a sandwich and fruit or a medium size Tupperware container and a 16 oz water bottle. The ice pack fits nicely and is strapped in netting away from the food. The shoulder strap is a bonus. I purchased one for me and my husband. We both highly recommend it.

I love this lunch box! It’s incredibly spacious without being bulky and obnoxious to carry around. The material on the inside is super well insulated. I even traveled with frozen food on a 5 hour road trip hoping it would stay cold when we got there. It ended up staying completely frozen.

I read a review here that the insides don’t hold up well to being jabbed with a fork, but that wasn’t a big concern for me.

I buy two new lunch boxes every fall to alternate with daily. They do not wear out, I just like the different prints that come out. They provide more than ample room for packing your lunch snd including two of their ice packs one in the bottom and one on the top of your lunch. Napkins, silverware and even a small paper plate store in the top net compartment and stay dry. I have carried them for years! They are the best!!!!
