I’m making these work, but seem way oversized to me. I wear 10.5- 1st ordered 11, opps WAY too big, reordered size 10, still quite big! very loose even after I put in two extra footbeds. Also heel lifts when I walk. I like the convivence to zip up, seem well built, hoping I can adjust to looseness.

Upon opening box 1 boot zipper mangled and was broken. Inspector did not inspect. Had to buy elsewhere as boots were needed for trip.
